-What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?

Evan-I worked at Starbucks for a year, but when Tom got hired we both got fired.

What did you guys do?

We didn’t work. We just sat down.

-What’s your favorite track from your EP?

“Come Back To Me”

-As you might have heard Michael Jackson has passed away, did he influence you guys in any way?

Michael Jackson will always and forever be a phenomenal inspiration, I think to everyone in America and the world. Everything he did was great, his look, his image, the sound, it was great. He is the King of Pop.

-Red Car Wire appeared on AP magazines 100 bands to know in 2009, who did you tell first about the news?

I told my mom. She was excited, but she didn’t know what AP was. I had to explain it to her, then she was excited.

Did you get a copy?

I bought two copies, but I think I lost both the copies.

-Are you still friends with Garrett and Davey?

Yeah, I haven’t to talk to Davey too much. I saw him at our first show with the new people. I talk to Davey every week on the phone. We are still close, good friends.

-Evan and Tom, which experience did you feel more accomplished: one million plays for your songs [back in November] or appearing on the AP magazine?

I think one million plays because it was our fans. I think that one was more of a breakthrough.

-Steve, Brandon, and Thomas have you experienced anything crazy from the fans? Like how Evan experienced someone kissing a poster after he licked it?

Some girl asked for Steve’s belt and he gave it to her. One girl cried, when she met Steve. Brandon was signing autographs and one girl asked if she can sign his shoe. Thomas said nothing crazy has happened to him yet.

- Did Steve, Brandon, and Thomas know you before auditioning?

Actually, Thomas knew us. Tom went to High School with Thomas. Thomas was in a band, but we called him out of the blue. We met up with him and started to mesh, but we didn’t know Steve or Brandon at all.

-If you had to be stuck on an island with one of your band mates who would you choose and why?

I would pick Thomas, without a doubt because he would be the only one that would try to get us off the island.

I thought you would have said Tom.

I love Tom to death, he would have the most fun on the island. Tom would embrace the island, like building a home there, making friends with the monkeys. Thomas would help to get off the island though.

-Evan, how many times do you think someone had said you look like Trace Cyrus?

I don’t know, a lot. He is looking good.

-What is one of your favorite pranks done on tour?

We went on tour with this guy that would eat all the time. We went to buy a burger and put it on a string on the ground in the elevator. He came out of the elevator, the doors opened up and he looked down and saw a burger. He bend down to pick it up and we pulled the string for a little bit. He followed it. I thought it was hilarious.

You knew him right?

Yeah, he went on tour with us. I am not going to say who it was, but it was hilarious.

Worst prank?

One time Davey pooped in a bag and threw it out of the window and hit a car. The van smelled like Davey’s poop for a while.

-If you were trapped in a book, movie, or video game, which one would it be and why?

I would say “Hey, I hated you in High School, even though I got crapped on.”

-Your record label wanted you guys to make a rap album:

I wouldn’t do.

Why not?

I don’t think I would be good at it. I would be terrible. I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself or let people listen to it.
