lauren looked through jerrett's phone. "what's this?" she asked, showing him a screen. "oh," he paused taking the phone from her, "that's this cool voice thingy. it, like, changes how you sound." "awesome," lauren said. "see, listen," jerrett said. "brian's a pussy." lauren laughed, "you're bad." "no, i'm just playing. but isn't it cool?" he said. "it is." the song on the radio switched. "oh my god! i haven't heard this song in forever!" lauren said turning it up. "guess you'll have to wait a while longer," jerrett said switching the station. "jerrett!" lauren said angrily. "what?" he asked. "turn back," she told him. "no," jerrett said putting his hand over the radio so she wouldn't be able to change back. he slowed to a stop at a red light. "move your hand. now!" she said. jerrett laughed as she tried to pry his hand away. "you suck," she said eventually. a horn sounded behind them. "oh shit! it's green. oops," jerrett said hitting the gas. lauren laughed as she was jerked back.

lauren and jerrett are sitting at papa johns. "why did you have to get five pizzas?" lauren asked him. "because i'm going to save them. i have some friends coming over tomorrow and i will need pizza," jerrett explained. "that woman looked at you like you were crazy," lauren said. "yeah, and i just slammed them down on the table." lauren started laughing, "that's hilarious, jerrett." "yeah, well... yeah." lauren started laughing again. she hit the table. everyone looked over at them which just sent her into more laughter. jerrett leaned over towards her and whispered, "i think you're attracting attention." his voice broke into laughter in the middle of the sentence. "i'm sorry," lauren said trying to be serious again. a cashier walked over to their table. "we've had some complaints about you two creating a distraction. we're asking that you please would leave," she said. jerrett laughed, "uhm.. yes, ma'am." lauren laughed and then she pressed her lips together when the woman folded her arms across her chest. "we're very, uhm.. sorr-" lauren couldn't even finish, though, because jerrett was picking up the five pizzas which practically covered his head. "leave. now." she said. lauren's eyes widened and she pushed her lips together harder to not laugh. "do you want me to get," she laughed, "two of those pizzas for you?" "yes, thank you," jerrett said. he looked at the cashier who was still standing in front of their table. "move please, lady. i'm trying to leave," he said. lauren laughed when he knocked into her with one of the pizzas. once they were outside they both burst into laughter. "what a bitch," jerrett said. "i know," lauren said. she mimicked her, "please leave. now. i'm a mean bitch and i rule papa johns." jerrett started laughing. the cashier walked outside and pointed to a sign that said no loitering. jerrett looked at her and then cranked the truck. "happy?" he yelled out the window as he left. "it's kind of late," lauren said. jerrett looked at the clock on the radio. it said 1:20. "yeah. do you want me to just take you home?" he asked. "i guess so," lauren said nodding. "tonight was really fun, jerrett. i had the best time ever. thank you so much." "no problem," he said smiling. "we'll have to do this again sometime. just not at papa johns," she said laughing. "yeah, definitely not at papa johns and i don't really think that the pizza hut guys like me that much either." this sent lauren into a roar of laughter, "god, you're hilarious. really, thanks though. this was a great night." jerrett smiled, "i agree."
